Where did you find these words? Probably, it'd be easier to translate them if we knew the context. The text seems to be mutilated, maybe even the word order is wrong.
"pauper Ioannes dei" "poor John of God" either there is something or it's about the saint John of God/Juan de Diós. "post gaudia" "after the joys" "Aniceta" seems to be a female form of the name Anicetus; "amoris" "of love" it would be better to place it after "gaudia" "perduro tres ... gravium" "I endure 3 months of hard fears" "et post lentus dolor" "and afterwards easy pain".
¿Sabes más? Yo no lo comprendo ...

I's it possible that this poem doesn't have any actual meaning? I think it's just supposed to look like a Latin text - in order to fulfil this purpose Latin words were used - but there is no sense in the words. Latin sounds mysterious and many of us don't understand it. So I think it's just a couple of words which are supposed to resemble a Latin poem without any deeper meaning.
Where did you find it? I think the context could help.

El pobre Juan de Dios, tras de los éxtasis
del amor de Aniceta, fue infeliz.
Pasó tres meses de amarguras graves,
y, tras lento sufrir,
